We are currently looking for a Mortgage Agent/Broker to join our dynamic, remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while providing clients with expert advice and customized mortgage solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized mortgage solutions to clients based on their financial situation.
- Manage mortgage servicing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and mortgage products to offer clients the best options.
- Assess financial documents, credit reports, and other relevant information to determine loan eligibility.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote our services.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and lenders throughout the mortgage process.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Fair Housing and TILA requirements.
- Work remotely and independently, managing your workload and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, or a related field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in evaluating financial documents, such as credit reports and income verification.
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.
- Relevant certification or licensing in mortgage brokering.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
